Design of Timber Structural members in line with British Standards BS 5268 or Eurocodes EC5.

Design of Masonry elements in line with British Standards BS 5628 or Eurocodes EC6.

Since the new changes to the Building Act 1984 back in October 2023 it is now the liability of the principle designer to make sure that their designed structural elements for the proposed structure are compliant with the latest Building Regulations and that if any alterations are needed to the project it is the sole responsibility and duty of the Principle Designer to alter and amend it.
